What is the shipping process?
We have a flat rate for shipping within Australia. Please advise if you have a rush order. Additional costs will apply for rush orders. Majority of items are dispatched together, however in the event of unforeseen delays you will be notified within 48hours of placing your order.

What about International shipping?
We send international parcels via Aust Post Economy. Whilst this service is the most economical, please be aware it can take a little longer to arrive. CDG are not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be incurred upon arrival. International shipping will be charged separately. Please contact us for a quote.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, however should you believe the item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Faulty items will be refunded less postage costs.

Do you offer discounts on bulk quantities?
We are more than happy to discuss team / club orders.

Can you do custom designs?
Yes we can. Simple drop us an email with your ideas and we'll let you know if it can be done.

How do I know what size will fit?
We have size charts listed for each of our apparel items. We recommend following these manufacturer size charts, and if in doubt, go up one size.
